A letter from the editor
The LRHS journalism program, known most recently as "Mustangs Ahead," is composed of the best students who have wonderful work ethic. This is my fourth year being in this program and I have loved every minute of it. I have been writing all four years, but last year I was an Associate Editor and this year I took on Editor. I love working with all of the writers, podcast recorders, and photographers that we have to improve not only their skills but also my own. This program teaches all of us a little bit of time management, people skills, and leadership skills that will carry us into adulthood and life after high school. Everyday I walk into this class and know that I'm going to get something accomplished. This program holds a special place in my heart, and I will definitely miss it next year. These staff profiles hopefully give our readers a little bit of insight to the great variety of students that we have working with us.
